Minecraft Java Edition Locator Bar color finder: enter a UUID to see the color of your dot on other players' Locator Bar, and generate a command to change it. The algorithm is ported directly from the game's code.
Default color
With no team color and no /waypoint override, the client uses ARGB.setBrightness(ARGB.color(255, uuid.hashCode()), 0.9F) — it takes the low 24 bits of the UUID hash as RGB, then fixes the HSV brightness at 0.9. If you are on a team that has a color, the dot uses the team color instead.
